I want to change my details

You just log on to your Members Area under MEMBERS in the menu and you can manage everything from there. Once changed your next T-shirt will be sized/addressed accordingly. Since we only print the exact amount of T-shirts to those who are subscribers at the time, you can't trade a T-shirt that you've already received for a different size.

I want to change my credit card

You just log on to your Member Area under MEMBERS in the menu and you can change your Credit Card there as well as manage your size and all other details.

How can I monitor my payments?

You simply log on to your personal Member Area under MEMBERS in the menu up top. Here you can find your billing history logging back to the day you first became a subscriber.

Why have I paid for two issues and received none?

To keep you exclusive with your 12-Grand T-shirt we'll only produce the exact amount of T-shirts to those who are subscribers at the time. When the charge is cleared we'll produce and deliver your Tee. The exact same thing will then happen the next month and the next month after that until the day you decide to quit. Depending on the complicity of the production, the weather and where in the world you live and of course the fact that 12-Grand is a monthly subscription, we can't always guarantee that the T-shirt you've first paid for will reach you before the next withdraw is made. But that's the price you have to pay for the exclusivity of 12-Grand. But we promise to do everything in our power to make sure that the deliveries run as moth and on time as possible.

Why did I get two withdraws within 30 days?

Depending on the date you become a full blown 12-Grand subscriber two withdraws can, in rare occasions, be necessary to keep you from missing out on one issue. If this will be necessary the two withdraws are not made at the same time but with at least 14 days apart.

Why is the withdraw made one month in advance?

This is only to secure that you always have a realistic chance to provide sufficient funds for the upcoming issue of 12-Grand. We always produce the exact number on Tees to those who are subscribers at the time. No more no less. And if your payment haven't gone through when we start to produce the upcoming Tee, you'll miss it. And we guess that you don't want that.

How can i monitor my shipments?

You simply log on to your personal Member Area under MEMBERS in the menu up top. Here you can easily find all past en schedule shipping dates.

Does my new t-shirt always arrive on the day of the release?

There can be three reasons why it doesn’t. 1. We always try to make the best T-shirt possible and sometimes that ambition makes the T-shirt a couple of days late. 2. We've seen that sometimes people have suffered up to a ten day delay due to slow handling at the borders. We're really sorry about that if it happens, but we're afraid it's out of our hands. Just be patient and the T-shirt will come. 3. Depending on if you live next door or in the outer forests of Brazil you can expect everything from 2-20 days delivery time.

Can I order previous t-shirt issues?

To keep the exclusivity of 12-Grand, our T-shirts are made in a limited edition and released through a strictly monitored subscription service. So all the T-shirts you can see in our Gallery are earlier issues and aren't available for anyone that doesn't already have it. Being a subscriber means being exclusive.

How often will I get T-Post and what’s the cost?

If you decide to stick with us past your free T-shirt, our latest release will be in the mail each month for only 33 EUR per T-shirt [SWE: 275 SEK], worldwide shipping included.

Are the t-shirts of good quality?

To live up to our own standard of quality fit and feel we manufacture our issues ourselves from start to finish. Everything you get from us is hand made and overlooked by us so every detail is exactly as we want them to be. So yes, we like to think they are the best there is.

When is the next schedule release?

The 10th every months is the stop date for that months upcoming issue, which will then be packaged and shipped out to all subscribers around the 15th. Depending on where you live you can expect everything from 3-15 days delivery time. If you sign up after the 10th you will get the next months upcoming release.

If I get a t-shirt I don’t like, can I send it back?

No! It's just like having a subscription to a Magazine, say National Geographic: you can't send back an issue just because you're not interested in learning about the tribes of the Serengeti. But chances are, if you like what we've done so far and you like the basic idea of 12-Grand you won't be disappointed.

How does the subscription payment work?

After you've gotten your free T-shirt and have decided to become a full blown 12-Grand subscriber, your payment for the upcoming issue will be taken care of automatically around the 20th each month from your registered credit card. All withdraws and deliveries can be closely monitored in your personal Member Area.

What payment methods do you support?

As of today we take Visa and MasterCard. If you are a Swedish resident we also take Invoice.

I’m having a hard time signing up with my credit card

Sometimes there might be a problem connecting to certain banks, but don't worry, it's only temporary. Please keep trying. If you can't wait, we've learned that trying with another credit card usually works or to change payment method.

Once you've completed your order, they'll get our latest T-shirt release in their mailbox once a month. All payments and deliveries can be closely monitored in your personal Member Area.
