WHAT IS 12-GRAND®?
12-Grand® is a monthly subscription to XL-12XL shirts.

WHAT IS THE COST OF 12-GRAND® AND HOW OFTEN WILL I GET IT?
As a subscriber you’ll have our monthly 12-Grand® shirt in your mailbox for 33 EUR/shirt, (free size exchange).

HOW LONG IS A SUBSCRIPTION AND HOW DO I QUIT?
Your subscription is as long as you want it to be. When it’s time to quit just send us an e-mail on support@12-grand.com and we’ll take care of the rest. Easy as pie.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE SIZE OF MY SHIRT?
You just log on to Members and you can manage everything from there. Once changed your size, your next garment will be sized accordingly. If you’ve gotten a shirt, and want to change size, please contact us on support@12-grand.com we’ll sort it out for you.

HOW DO I PAY AND IS IT SAFE?
As a 12-Grand® subscriber, your payment for the upcoming shirt will be taken care of automatically the same date each month as you first subscribed using your registered credit card. All withdraws and deliveries can be closely monitored in your personal Member Area. To handle all our customers on-line payments we’ve partnered with Stripe (www.stripe.com). Doing so allows us to remove the burden of processing highly sensitive data to a dedicated and verified payment operator. It also allows us to store a so called TOKEN of your credit card number so it can be re-used

when your subscription is renewed. Please Note: Your financial details are processed by Stripe and they never reach our servers. This approach makes sure that your card is processed safely. And can never be stolen.

WHEN IS THE NEXT SCHEDULED RELEASE?
We'll continuously pack and ship all 12-Grand® shirts as they are renewed to all subscribers around the world. Depending on where you live you can expect everything from 2-3 weeks delivery time.

WHY HAVE I PAID FOR TWO SHIRTS AND RECEIVED NONE
To keep you exclusive with your 12-Grand® shirt we’ll only produce the exact amount of stuff to those who are subscribers at the time. When the charge has cleared we’ll deliver your shirt. The exact same thing will then happen the next month and the next month after that until the day you decide to quit. As if. Depending on the complicity of the production, the weather and where in the world you live and of course the fact that 12-Grand® is a monthly subscription, we can’t always guarantee that the shirt you’ve first paid for will reach you before the next withdraw is made. But we promise to do everything in our power to make sure that the deliveries run as smooth and on time as possible.

RETURN POLICY
As a first time new subscriber you can always exercise your right to regret your 12-Grand® service purchase within 14 days and choose to return the first sealed

product for full refund if, by some reason, the product wasn’t to your liking. Just email us on support@12-grand.com and we’ll help you out.

ARE THE GARMENTS GOOD QUALITY?
To live up to our own standard of quality fit and feel we manufacture our shirts ourselves from start to finish in our Indian factory. Everything you get from us is handmade and overlooked by us so every detail is exactly as we want them to be. So yes, we like to think they are the best there is.

IF I GET A SHIRT I DON’T LIKE, CAN I SEND IT BACK?
No! It’s just like having a subscription to a Magazine, say National Geographic: you can’t send back a shirt just because you’re not interested in learning about the tribes of the Serengeti. But chances are, if you like what we’ve done so far and you like the basic idea of 12-Grand® you won’t be disappointed. Of course as a first time new subscriber you can always exercise your right to regret your 12-Grand® service purchase within 14 days and choose to return the first sealed product for full refund, if you by some reason changed your mind about becoming a subscriber.

WHY IS THE WITHDRAW MADE ONE MONTH IN ADVANCE
This is only to secure that you always have a realistic chance to provide sufficient funds for the upcoming 12-Grand® shirt. We always produce the exact number of shirts to those who are subscribers at the time. No more no less. And if your payment hasn’t gone through when we start to produce the upcoming shirt, you’ll miss it. And we guess you don’t want that.

I’M HAVING A HARD TIME SIGNING UP WITH MY CREDIT CARD!
Usually this means that you need to open your credit card for online purchases. You can easily do that if you log on to your online bank. Sometimes there might be a problem connecting to certain banks. But don’t worry, it’s only temporary. Please keep trying. If you can’t wait, we’ve learned that trying with another credit card usually works.

DOES MY SHIRT ALWAYS ARRIVE ON THE DAY OF THE RELEASE?
There can be two reasons why it doesn’t:

1. We always try to make the best shirt possible and sometimes that ambition makes the shirt a couple of days late.

2. We’ve seen that sometimes people have suffered up to a ten-day delay due to slow handling at the borders. We’re really sorry about that if it happens, but we’re afraid it’s out of our hands. Just be patient and the shirt will come.

WHY DID I GET TWO WITHDRAWS WITHIN 30 DAYS
Depending on the date you became a full blown 12-Grand® subscriber two withdraws can, in rare occasions, be necessary to keep you from missing out on one shirt. If this will be necessary, the two withdraws are not made at the same time but with at least 14 days apart.

WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO CHANGE MY CREDIT CARD
You just log on to your Member Area and you can update your card details there as well as manage your size and all other details.
